Week 4 Advanced Dieting Strategies
Manipulating the composition of your diet: By this point, attendees have become familiar with the language of diets and macronutrient identification and will be ready to apply more nuanced concepts to their diet. In this class we will explore a more detailed analysis of the diet compositions of the attendees and how to manipulate this to continue to see success.
Strategies for eating out: Everyone experiences diet fatigue somewhere along the way and the temptation to break the rules and sabotage their goals starts to creep in. We will discuss how to keep to your lifestyle goals no matter where you might be eating.
Psychosocial aspects of family sabotage: Everyone encounters obstacles in their journey to get healthier not the least of which is well-meaning family. This portion of the class will be spent on identifying these before they completely derail your efforts.
Meal and menu planning: We will end each class with a recipe to keep you motivated in your journey to a new healthier you!
